Obligatory introduction to the blog post

As I was laying in bed last night, I thought about all the friends' blogs that I read or glance at from time to time. Blogs have certainly evolved into a tool to keep in touch without having to call or email, leaving part of the effort up to the reader. I remember when blogs were for venting or secrets, like the diary tucked underneath the pillow you jot in late at night. Oh how the Internet has helped people to evolve.

So, I thought late, last night to start an activity blog to chronicle the highlights of our days and nights. Because really, as you get older, there's only so much room in the memory bank. It also is another great outlet for all the digital pictures we take when we're out. Here it is... our blog as a couple, which may one day evolve into a family blog and maybe oh maybe, an elderly couple blog... and then, well, we can't blog in the afterlife so we'll have to call it quits then. :)
